Lawyer face Ethic & Crime ( by the case Fredrich Yunadi)

Some people try to use regulation as a tool to make their opinion become true. Any regulation enough for one case. Any other condition have no regulation that say something must to do. In this condition, some people would prefer to say something that seems has profit to their position. As no regulation to mention for Lawyer ethic & crime process in the same time or have the diferent time, then some would like to say: Why does lawyer put on prison because before get ethic meeting in Lawyer organization? Other from Lawyer organization would be wonder: How does the Lawyer in prison will come to our organization meeting about ethic? Is that the prison prevent us from meeting?That is the condition because no regulation about it. But because have no regulation, is it mean to live like on forest? Who have big voice would be a winner? Depend on the factually regulation, someone who do crime fall into the verse of crime, must be enter the prison. Other ethic problem that must be process by lawyer organization, can process in the same time of crime case process. How about the question if prison prevent about lawyer organization meeting for ethic? No problem about it, if lawyer organization will not make meeting for prisoner in five star hotel or in other place. Ofcourse prisoner have time to receive visitor in prison area. Or have special or extend time after visiting time in prison are by prison staff permit and watch over the prisoner.
